What we process and why

Purchase data: email, name, country, purchase date and amount. We need this to perform the contract: providing the book, sending the link and answering your requests.

Accounting records are kept because tax and accounting law requires them.

Server logs (IP address, browser, time) are kept briefly to run the site securely. This is our legitimate interest.

Card details

Payments in the Hostinger store are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store card details. Stripe processes data under its own privacy policy (stripe.com/privacy).

Who receives data

Hostinger (website, store, order and delivery emails) and Stripe (payments). These providers may process data outside the EEA using the safeguards the law requires. We do not sell data or use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

Purchase and accounting data are kept as long as accounting law requires, usually 10 years. Other data are kept only as long as needed for the purposes above.

Cookies

This site uses no advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts and images load from our own server. The Hostinger checkout and Stripe use their own cookies, needed for payment and security.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or transfer your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Email [fill in config.php]. You can complain to the State Data Protection Inspectorate of Lithuania (vdai.lrv.lt) or your local authority.
